Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in medical laboratory and biology;
2. 3 years of medical in vitro diagnostic reagent quality management experience, familiar with 13485 quality management system, in vitro diagnostic reagent production quality implementation rules and other industry standards;
3. Understand the parameters of blood routine test and clinical test; Familiar with the basic knowledge of clean workshop management and purified water system management;
5. Serious working attitude, active and responsible, strong learning, analysis, understanding, communication and coordination skills, clear thinking, good at thinking, analysis and summary.


Operating duty:
1. Organize various inspections of the company's reagent GMP and external inspections such as the external audit of the certification company, and make monitoring records;
2. Be responsible for the arrangement and management of quality related work in the company's reagent production;
3. Be responsible for the control of nonconforming products, identify nonconforming products and track and verify the treatment results; Supervise the handling of nonconforming products and the implementation of corrective and preventive measures; Decide on the treatment of returned products;
4. Be responsible for the overall management of process monitoring, statistics and data analysis of the completion of quality objectives.
