Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the installation, commissioning and operation training of customers' on-site machines;
2. Be responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrading of customers' on-site machines, and guide customers to complete relevant troubleshooting by telephone;
3. Timely feed back on-site maintenance information and customer complaints to improve customer satisfaction;
4. Carry out data statistics and Analysis on machine repair and maintenance, continuously improve service quality and find better solutions;
5. Manage personal common accessories;
6. Cooperate with other departments and complete other work assigned by leaders.

Job requirements:

1. Full time college degree or above, more than 2 years of relevant working experience;
2. Medical laboratory, biomedical engineering, electronics, automation and other related majors;
3. Strong pressure resistance, able to accept high-frequency business trips;
4. Experience in large-scale after-sales service is preferred;
5. Good customer communication and coordination skills, strong expression skills, and strong customer service awareness;
6. Proactive, down-to-earth, with a strong sense of responsibility, hard-working and strong team spirit;

7. Have strong hands-on ability and independent on-site fault handling ability, timely and agile response ability;
8. Strong learning ability, able to quickly master relevant new technologies.
