Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in clinical, laboratory, biology, marketing and so on;
2. More than 5 years of in vitro diagnostic equipment and reagent sales experience, familiar with chemiluminescence or POCT business development is preferred, and the industry is rich in resources;
3. Be familiar with various IVD marketing modes, have the ability of marketing planning, and have been responsible for the provincial market;
4. Integrity, dedication, high sense of responsibility, strong market development ability, channel development ability and negotiation ability;

Job description:
1. Formulate regional marketing, promotion and implementation plans according to the overall strategy, decompose and implement them, closely supervise the marketing process, and evaluate and adjust the strategy according to the results.
2. Combined with regional characteristics and marketing opportunities, plan the staffing structure, work direction and ability improvement, and carry out collaborative management of sales and technical support.
3. Build a departmental performance appraisal system based on performance orientation, incentive, survival of the fittest system, cost control and cultural activity system, and shape team stickiness.
4. Standardize business management according to processes and regulations, such as forecast, prototype, price, agreement, delivery, expense, reimbursement, form, regular meeting, inventory, etc.
5. Effectively communicate with marketing, technology, HR and other departments, organize product knowledge and marketing skills training, and build the team's comprehensive ability and business literacy.
6. Assist or lead the implementation of various promotion, comparison, quantity, training and service activities of the company in the region, and invite experts to attend, give lectures, give speeches, etc.
7. Regional price, collusion, product quality, support supply, price declaration, consumables bidding, support and coordination of major projects and emergencies.
8. Master the market dynamics, put forward improvement suggestions for the implementation and promotion of the overall strategy in the region, and provide feedback on the latest product demand and market trend.
