1. Master degree, major in clinical or biotechnology;
2. At least 5 years experience in marketing and management of in vitro diagnostic products, and at least 1 year experience in chemiluminescence or POCT manufacturers;
3. Have good market insight and demand analysis ability, and have good copywriting, market planning and market analysis ability;
4. Good communication, coordination, organization and presentation skills, good team spirit, high work enthusiasm, adapt to business trip.
Job description:
1. According to the company's development strategy, external market, key products and sales tasks, formulate the annual market promotion and strategy of products and organize the implementation;
2. Carry out budget projects and market activities efficiently according to the annual market budget project planning scheme, publicity materials and media channels;
3. Regularly make correct and reasonable demand input and life cycle management for the company's product planning, R & D direction and market evaluation;
4. Investigate and analyze the market trend and competitive product information, and establish the market positioning and marketing strategy of the company's products;
5. Guide the design of various product materials and courseware, carry out effective skill training for sales and other departments of the company, and provide academic / market support;
6. Integrate market resources and public relations, establish a brand image construction system and manage relevant affairs;
7. Establish and maintain the relationship between academic organizations, KOLs and brand speakers in product related fields nationwide;
8. Establish effective work processes and systems to assess, train, support and manage department personnel.
