Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for participating in the formulation and implementation of annual and quarterly work plans in the region;
2. Convey, decompose and implement the company's policies and tasks issued by the sales department, and be responsible for the sales performance of the region;
3. Responsible for the maintenance and visit of key customers within the jurisdiction and the collection of payment for goods;
4. Assist the company in product fairs and other activities in the region;
5. Be responsible for the management of sales personnel in the region, and participate in the recruitment, training and assessment of sales personnel in the region;
6. Complete the annual and quarterly sales targets set by the company and other work assigned by the company's leaders.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above; Medical, science and engineering, bioengineering, laboratory and other related majors;
2. More than 5 years of sales experience in medical industry, more than 2 years of sales team management experience and more than 3 years of distributor management experience;
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills, good interpersonal foundation or good customer group relationship;
4. Have professional ethics, positive work and learning attitude, and be able to travel frequently;
5. Self motivated, team player, able to lead the team to achieve sales targets.
6. Sales experience and channels of automatic immunofluorescence or chemiluminescence products are preferred. Do not invest without relevant experience in the medical industry.
